Apple Cider Cupcakes with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting

One of my best girlfriends just got a KitchenAid mixer for her wedding, so we've been trying to find a good time to get together and have a baking party. When a weather report of rain forced us to reconsider our post-brunch plans, we scrapped the lake walk we had planned and decided to bake instead. We landed on baking a fun, seasonal cupcake, and I had saved this recipe a few weeks ago. These cupcakes really are perfect for fall; the cupcake is delicious and the cinnamon cream cheese frosting is out of this world. I know I'll be coming back to this recipe next fall (and let's be real, probably sooner)!
