Basic Fudgy Brownies

Lately I’ve loved pushing myself to bake some challenging pastry, but at the end of the day there’s nothing I love more than a classic. For me, a fudgy brownie is one of the all-time greats. This recipe blew me away and I’ve already baked a few batches. The fudginess is off the charts, and the crackle on top is perfection. They are also unbelievably easy to bake, making them one of my favorite things I’ve baked this year!
