Whenever I see a half-used jar of cookie butter in my cabinet, I know I have to use it up soon otherwise I’ll end up taking a spoon to it later and demolishing it #noselfcontrol. I love white chocolate more than the average person, and the combo of cookie butter and white chocolate seemed too good to pass up. These bars are gooey on the inside, loaded with white chocolate chips, and have a perfect crispy top layer. It feels much less shameful to eat cookie butter baked into a dessert than by the spoonful straight out of the jar, so finding this recipe could not have come at a better time.
