Brownie Batter Cookies

I saw a picture of these brownie batter cookies a few months back and knew I wanted to bake them soon. I love a good brownie, so the idea of a brownie is cookie form was intriguing. These are SO dang good. They’re incredibly rich so they’re perfect for chocolate lovers. In the spirit of “go big or go home” I topped mine with giant milk chocolate chips and chunks of dark chocolate.  I’m usually in the 3-4 cookies is one serving size camp, but these were so rich that after one I was perfectly satisfied. As an added bonus, these cookies are particularly photogenic. I have about 30 different shots on my phone to prove it. If you have a chocolate lover in your life you need to make these immediately!
