Cake Batter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Funfetti always makes me smile. I needed a fun, happy cookie to make for my friend’s birthday. She’s such a wonderful and bright person that I wanted a cookie that matched (or at least came close) to the level of happiness she brings to everyone. Cue funfetti! These cake batter confetti chocolate chip cookies fit the bill. Not only do they look like a super festive cookie, they taste delicious. The cookie is sweet and stayed soft for days, and the sprinkle chocolate chip combo works so well together. Ain’t no party like a cookie partaaay, right?
