Candy corn is surprisingly controversial, and people seem to have strong opinions on both sides. While I love candy corn and eating it by the handful is synonymous with fall for me, I do get why some people don't like it. It's very sweet. I truly can't think of one food in my life that I've ever thought was too sweet for me. Candies, cakes loaded with buttercream, rich brownies, no problem. I love it all, the sweeter the better. These cookies are perfect for those who also love super sweet desserts; they are loaded with candy corn and white chocolate, all folded into a buttery cookie.
