My boyfriend is the most easy-going dessert eater of all time. Typically I find a dessert that I feel like making (coughseeaprettypictureonpinterestandtryitcough) and he's happy to eat it. He rarely craves a specific dessert, so the other day when he casually mentioned "a ginger cookie sounds good" you better believe I was on the case. Within 3 minutes I had found this recipe, and later that night I had all the ingredients ready to go. These cookies are so good and they make the entire house smell like an amazing fall heaven. I can personally confirm they are delicious since they also doubled as my dinner last night.
