My extremely important and equally fattening chocolate chip cookie taste test led me to these chocolate chip cookies from Tara O'Brady. Let me tell you, they're unreal. I had three individual people throw around the term "best chocolate chip cookie ever" when trying these, and I can't disagree. It's hard to describe why they are so perfect, but they just taste like the perfect cookie should. I spent an absurdly long time taking photos of them because they are just so photogenic, and landed on this shot because you can se how melty the insides are. I'm going to keep trying more recipes because that was my goal when I set out but I have a feeling I'll keep coming back to these.
