This week I have decided to embark on a super noble quest of baking many different chocolate chip cookie recipes and trying them all. Noble right? Chocolate chip cookies are my favorite dessert, and I've tried dozens of different recipes over the years. To be perfectly honest I don't know if I've ever had a bad chocolate chip cookie, but some definitely shine in different ways. This quest is exactly that I need right now. I'm going through a career change and this transition period has been filled with resumes, applications, and tons of research. I need a project that's something I have experience in and passion for, so the chocolate chip cookie quest is perfect!
