Fudgy Homemade Brownies (Ghost Brownies!)
Saturday - October 28, 2017
Boo! Halloween treats are some of my favorite things to bake, I just love these little spooktacular desserts. I also love the word spooktacular, and I tend to drastically overuse it for about one week a year, then promptly stop after Halloween. Back to these spooktacular ghosts - super cute right? They are beyond easy to make, and this brownie recipe was perfect since they are sturdy and fudgy instead of super gooey. Now go make these spooktacular (see, there it is again!) brownies for Halloween!
Recipe from Sally's Baking Addiction (ghost decoration idea from Betty Crocker)
Yield: 24 brownies
Decoration note: Once brownies are cooled, top each with a regular size marshmallow. Heat frosting in microwavable bowl uncovered on high 30 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds, until frosting can be stirred smooth and fluid. Drip one spoonful of the melted frosting over the top of each marshmallow. Once the frosting hardens use a black gel writer to add a little face to your spooky ghost.
