Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Last year at work on one particularly long Friday, the guys in the mailroom shared their cookies with me. The cookies I ate (which in hindsight I think were about 4) felt like so much more than a little treat because it was a loooong week and I was in need of a boost. They said that their favorite cookies were oatmeal raisin so you better believe I had a fresh batch of these waiting for them on Monday morning.
