Pumpkin Cheesecake

Ahh pumpkin cheesecake. I know I say this about many different desserts but pumpkin cheesecake is seriously one of my favorite desserts. I made one last year that I absolutely loved but I couldn't find the recipe when I was planning to bake one this year for a Friendsgiving. Don't you hate it when that happens?! I decided to try this one because it looked similar to the one I made last year, and I was really pleased with how it came out. The crust was firm enough to not disintegrate (a problem I've had with cheesecakes before) and the pumpkin cheesecake was cheesy and rich but surprisingly not too dense. Dare I say it was semi-light? I'm planning to ask around to see if anyone else had a pumpkin cheesecake recipe I should try, but this is definitely one I'd recommend to anyone looking.
