Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

I wasn't planning on baking last Sunday, but midway through the third quarter of a particular painful Raiders game I decided that some super chocolatey may distract me from our imminent loss. This was one of the first recipes that I had found and I had all of the ingredients already in my kitchen so I didn't need to run to Safeway and miss a possible Raiders comeback (a girl can dream!). I loaded these with heaps of chocolate chips, and the muffin texture was perfect. While these muffins didn't exactly make the Raiders loss any easier, they certainly helped console me that evening!
