Pumpkin Scones with Spiced Glaze

I'm a huge sucker for anything pumpkin flavored. In spring, summer and winter when pumpkin sadly disappears off most menus, I look for anything semi-related I can order. My boyfriend jokes that I will alway order any pizza with squash on it. But you know what? He's totally right. Everyone has their favorite comfort food, and mine is definitely pumpkin pancakes (well, and ice cream). I wanted to make a pumpkin scone with a yummy glaze to top it off, and I find that Brown Eyed Baker's recipes always come out well. These were no exception; they're fluffy, light, and the glaze smells exactly like Thanksgiving.

Recipe note: I substituted heavy cream for the half and half in the scones.
