Pumpkin Spice Latte Cupcakes

Happy Halloween! I plan to share a bunch of Halloween recipes soon (ghost brownies, pumpkin sugar cookies, Frankenstein blondies, oh my!) but for now I'm throwing it back a few weeks ago to a simpler time when pumpkin spice rules the world. It still rules my world even though I took a massive buttercream detour through Halloween-land. These cupcakes are everything that's good about baking. You can definitely taste a bit of the coffee, and it blends perfectly with all of the pumpkin spices. Top that with cream cheese frosting and you're set for life. Maybe not life but you're definitely set for dessert and breakfast for a few days.
