Pumpkin Streusel Muffins

Anytime I bake (especially muffins or cupcakes) I get nervous that my treats will be dry. I love moist cupcakes and muffins, and I have an irrational fear of dry, crumby treats. Any time my boyfriend bites into one of the desserts I bake, I rush over and ask if I can look inside to check out the texture. A little over the top? Yeah, but worth it to confirm the perfect, moist texture! I was really impressed with this muffin base, and the streusel and glaze put them over the top.
