Red Velvet Cookies Dipped in White Chocolate

My diet these past few weeks can be best summed up with a picture of these cookies. The holidays are always a time for excessive eating, but for some reason these past few weeks I've been unable to stop eating cookies. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that there are cookies around my house every single day, maybe it has something to do with the fact I have no self control, who really knows. These red velvet cookies dipped in white chocolate with holiday sprinkles are some of my favorites, they work perfectly with Christmas sprinkles and Valentines sprinkles in February!
