White Chocolate Pumpkin Snickerdoodles

These white chocolate pumpkin snickerdoodles are the cookies I didn't realize I needed in my life (until now!). They're also the reason I'll be working out today, I sampled a few too many yesterday. Quality control, amirite? I wasn't planning on trying any but once I sampled one I couldn't stop eating them. They're soft and chewy with a slight pumpkin flavor that works perfectly with the white chocolate chips.
